Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using the Tiplume website, creating an account, publishing a creator page, supporting a creator, or using creator tools, you agree to these Terms of use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or complete a supporter payment. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and comply with laws that apply to you.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention or terms enforcement.
Creator profiles and public pages
Creators control the content they publish, including text, images, links, goals and stream-related settings. You must not publish unlawful, misleading, infringing or abusive content. Public pages may be visible to anyone with the link. Tiplume does not guarantee reach, income or specific outcomes from using creator tools.
Support payments
Supporters may send voluntary financial support to creators through Tiplume. Support is a contribution to a creator, not a purchase of goods or services from Tiplume, unless a creator clearly offers something separate under their own terms. Tiplume does not provide creator payouts, wallet balances or withdrawable settlement accounts in the product today.
Tiplume service fee
Tiplume charges a service fee of 5% on the support amount chosen by the supporter. Before hosted checkout, the supporter sees the support amount, the Tiplume service fee and the total amount to be charged. Unless we state otherwise at checkout, taxes are not included in displayed amounts.
Hosted checkout
Card payments are processed through secure hosted checkout provided by our payment service provider. Tiplume does not collect or store full card numbers or card security codes. When you pay, you may be subject to the hosted checkout provider’s terms and privacy notices for the checkout experience. Authorization may be declined or fail based on the payment provider, your bank or risk controls; Tiplume does not control those decisions.
Payment authorization
By proceeding to hosted checkout, you authorize the total shown to be charged for the support transaction you initiate, subject to successful authorization. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide on the hosted checkout page.
Failed, declined or cancelled payments
If a payment does not complete successfully, no verified support event is created for that attempt. You may try again from the creator page if the support flow is still available.
Refunds, disputes and chargebacks
Support transactions are generally intended to be final once successfully processed, but your statutory rights, mandatory consumer protections, fraud or error cases, the hosted payment provider and card-scheme rules, and chargeback processes may still apply. Tiplume cannot guarantee outcomes of bank or card-network disputes. For payment issues, contact us through the contact page with relevant details. We do not promise refunds that we are not legally or contractually able to provide.
Goal-linked support
Creators may publish public goals. Supporters may choose to link support to an eligible goal. Verified goal-linked support counts the support amount toward goal progress shown in the product; the Tiplume service fee is excluded from that progress amount. Goals describe creator intentions; Tiplume does not hold funds in escrow, does not guarantee that a goal will be completed, and does not enforce how creators use support they receive, except as required by law or these terms.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Zentra3DLtd OÜ a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, display, format and deliver your content solely as needed to operate, secure and improve Tiplume and to comply with law. This licence ends when content is deleted from our systems, subject to reasonable backup and legal retention. We do not claim unlimited rights to use your content in unrelated advertising without separate permission.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- use the service for unlawful activity or prohibited transactions;
- commit fraud, impersonate others, or misrepresent support or goal status;
- harass, threaten or publish unlawful, hateful or infringing content;
- violate privacy or intellectual property rights;
- upload malware or interfere with security or operation of the service;
- use bots or automation to abuse forms, payments, goals or rate limits;
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data or systems;

Third-party services and links
Creator pages may include external links and widgets. Hosted checkout is provided by our payment service provider.Tiplume does not control third-party sites or services and is not responsible for their content or practices.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. The service is provided over the internet and may be interrupted for maintenance, security or factors outside our control. There is no native Tiplume mobile application; the product is a responsive web application.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for terms violations, fraud or payment abuse, security risks, legal compliance or protection of users and the service. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Taxes
Creators and supporters are responsible for understanding and reporting taxes that apply to them, subject to applicable law. Tiplume may collect or remit taxes where legally required.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these terms is financial, tax or legal advice. Tiplume is not a bank, payment institution offering creator withdrawals, or a public API platform at this time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Zentra3DLtd OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Zentra3DLtd OÜ against claims arising from your content, your breach of these terms, or your unlawful use of the service, except where caused by our intentional misconduct or where indemnity is not permitted by law.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to mandatory consumer protections and rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country of residence where they apply. Courts with competent jurisdiction may hear disputes where required by applicable law.
